Once your order is created, it will 3-5 working days for the item to be delivered.
We will provide deliver service in Johor Bahru areas, minimum order is RM50 and the delivery charge is RM5.

You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it, this is not applicable to frozen, chill and used product. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can request for cancellation within 1 day after the payment and order created. Your order will be cancelled immediately and we will process the refund within 1 week.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Products replacement are only applicable to defective products, products damged at the time of receipt and when incorrect product received.
You just need to send proof to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to get refund instead of replacing product, just email us.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refun after inspecting the item. If the item you have purchased from us is faulty, damged, inedible or defective, we will refund the purchase price of exchange the prodcut.
If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
